Twilight star Ashley Greene may soon be playing leading lady in the upcoming horror film Apparition for Joel Silver’s Dark Castle Entertainment.

Ashley Greene, who stars as Alice Cullen in the blockbuster Twilight film series, is reportedly in talks to star in The Apparition, a supernatural horror film from Dark Castle penned by director Todd Lincoln. Greene would play the female lead in the movie.

The Apparition is described as the story of a couple who are haunted by a ghostly force after a college experiment gone wrong. The story is allegedly inspired by true events.

Todd Lincoln will serve as director and writer of the film with Dark Castle’s Joel Silver, Andrew Rona and Alex Heineman producing. The film is set to begin shooting February 1.
