Former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin will soon be headed off to court again and this time, it won’t be to face off against estranged wife Kate Gosselin. Gosselin is due in court Dec. 14 on accusations he breached the terms of his exclusive contract with the network.

In an interview on The Today Show Monday, Kate Gosselin said her estranged husband Jon Gosselin had taken $230,000 out of a joint bank account without her permission.
