When the hell will Jon Gosselin just STFU? His 15 minutes of fame are so over. And yet, here we are talking about him again. I know, we’re equally as guilty of being media whores. But honestly, Jon Gosselin is suing TLC for ruining his reputation? What the hell is he smoking?

Or snorting, as the case may be. There are those rumors out there lately Jon Gosselin is rather fond of pepping himself up with a cocaine buzz. We’re not really sure we believe that, though we do have to wonder if Kate Gosselin found some way to leak that rumor just for a bit of revenge.

In any case, this whole business with Jon Gosselin counter-suing TLC claiming they mucked up his future career and exploited his children (and himself) are just ridiculous.

Former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin will soon be headed off to court again and this time, it won’t be to face off against estranged wife Kate Gosselin. Gosselin is due in court Dec. 14 on accusations he breached the terms of his exclusive contract with the network.

TLC is accusing former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin of multiple contract violations, including accusations he made unpaid and paid television appearances without the network’s permission.

“The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements,” a representative for TLC said in a press statement. “Those efforts have been unsuccessful.”

In addition to Jon Gosselin being grilled by TLC’s lawyers about his outside income and business dealings, the network is also going after Gosselin’s closest pals. SnarkFood.com reports TLC has asked for and received subpoenas for Gosselin’s girlfriend Hailey Glassman and BFF Michael Lohan.

No doubt things are going to get ugly in this court room battle, but we’re betting it’s probably going to be highly entertaining to watch.

In an interview on The Today Show Monday, Kate Gosselin said her estranged husband Jon Gosselin had taken $230,000 out of a joint bank account without her permission. Kate Gosselin has filed legal action against Jon Gosselin to return the money he took, saying he violated an order banning him from making large withdrawals from the joint account without her approval.

“He took $230,000 of the $231,000 we had,” Kate told Meredith Vieira on The Today Show. “I have a stack of bills. The last thing I wanted was to do this show and end up not being able to pay our bills.”

The nasty divorce battle between Jon and Kate Gosselin hit a new drama high last week when TLC announced they would basically be firing Jon Gosselin from the couple’s reality TV show Jon & Kate Plus 8.

The network planned to revamp the show as Kate Plus 8 and focus on Kate Gosselin’s struggle raise eight children as a single mom. Jon Gosselin, however, ordered TLC to “cease and desist” filming, effectively shutting down the show.
