What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, and tonight, we see just who has that staying power as acts try out for a spot in the top 48, hoping to impress the America’s Got Talent judges to win one of those coveted spots. Check back for updates, as we’re recapping live as the show airs! [...]
In our second night of America’s Got Talent 2012 auditions in Tampa, we’re promised a sort-of judges confrontation, with Howie Mandel championing someone while wagging a finger at Howard Stern and Sharon Osborne while saying “All America’s going to be talking about this tomorrow.” You’re mistaken, Howie, because you’ve already got us talking about it tonight, even before AGT 2012 has aired. Check back for updates, as I’ll be recapping live as the show airs.
Auditions continue in Austin tonight for America’s Got Talent 2012. There were a few Texans from last night that will be a tough act to follow. I hope they bring their big game! Check back for updates, as I’ll be recapping live as the show airs.
Tonight’s episode of America’s Got Talent 2012 was quite entertaining. The positive acts outweighed the negative, and we saw some truly unique talents, and heard some wonderful stories as well. Everything in Texas is supposed to be bigger, and in the case of at leat one act, the whole performance was so huge had to be taken outside!
I guess America’s Got Talent 2012 is not going to start the show off strong each episode because tonight’s auditions in St. Louis saw 5 people getting buzzed before we saw the first star of the night.
America’s Got Talent 2012 has been teasing us all week, promising us the most dynamic performer the show has ever seen. We see him from behind, walking that long walk towards the stage and – finally – he turns around and we’re told it is (drum roll please) Little Ozzy. In a season where we’ve already seen one Oompa Loompa perform, this appears to be another Oompa Loompa refugee, an Ozzy Osborne Mini-Me. I’m sorry, folks, but there is only one Ozzy worthy of our love. Damn you, AGT, don’t tease us with mere imitators and then – horror of horrors – not even include him on tonight’s show. Not nice, America’s Got Talent 2012 producers. You teased us for nothing.
The America’s Got Talent 2012 auditions in New York City continue for a second night tonight and we’re bound to get another unique mix of the very talented, the “I-can’t-believe-you-haven’t-been-discovered-yet” folks, the OK-but-not-great people and the jaw-dropping awful freaks and geeks who are somehow convinced that their unique act is worthy of headlining a show in Vegas.
A lot of spectacle, a healthy dose of emotion and a whole bag full of well-intentioned but pretty talentless folks pretty much sums of up tonight’s episode of America’s Got Talent 2012. I’m really feeling Howard Stern right now and the everyman quality of his critiques of the acts. Honesty tempered with kindness when needed and a slap upside the head when that’s required, too. The folks sitting on the panel over at American Idol 2012 should take a lesson from how this crew judges people. These guys (and Sharon Osbourne’s one of these guys, too) are the real deal.
The most entertaining act on America’s Got Talent 2012 this week may actually be sitting behind the judges table, rather than performing on the AGT 2012 stage. New America’s Got Talent 2012 judge Howard Stern is proving to be quite an amusing addition to the show. The fun continues Tuesday night as Howard Stern, Sharon Stone and Howie Mandel evaluate the next round of America’s Got Talent 2012 hopefuls as we recap the show live!
