The singers embark on Hollywood in hopes of making it to the next round, which will see the Top 40 on American Idol 2013 make their way to Las Vegas. While the ratings are down so far this season on American Idol 2013, there is still a lot of love out there for former contestants on American Idol. Forbes has announced the Top 10 earning American Idol alum and they made close to $33 million in 2012! We all know the American Idol judges and producers 2013 make more than that, but it is still good to see the former contestants making it out there.

When former contestants are ripping on your show, don’t you think it may be time to reconsider what you are doing and maybe American Idol 2013 has run it’s course? We all know the big change for American Idol Season 12 has been the addition of new judges Keith Urban, Nicki Minaj and Mariah Carey, but Executive Producer Nigel Lythgoe said don’t expect the changes for American Idol 2013 to end there. We can expect a few more changes with the American Idol 2013 spoilers that Lythgoe shared with everyone, but will they help or hurt the image and ratings the show has been experiencing? American Idol Season 12 needs to be a big season for FOX, otherwise I think they need to reconsider some things!

With all the hype surrounding the American Idol 2013 premiere next week, it seems most of that hype is around the feud between the new American Idol judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj. Is it real or is it fake? When the American Idol Season 12 live shows kick off is when we will truly know the answers to that, but until then we can all listen to the hype and anticipate the claws coming out from both the divas.
