Rachel Uchitel Denies Affair with Tiger Woods

The woman the National Enquirer claims is having an affair with Tiger Woods is speaking out to set the record straight. Manhattan hostess Rachel Uchitel told the New York Post she has never slept with Tiger Woods and hopes the rumor she had did not inadvertently cause his car crash.

There is speculation Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren Woods, were arguing about the alleged affair shortly before his car accident on Friday. Woods reportedly managed to somehow drive into a fire hydrant and a tree while exiting his driveway around 2:00 AM. His wife, Elin Woods, reportedly bashed out a window with a golf club to drag him out of the car. Woods was treated at local hospital for minor injuries and released.

According to some reports flying about, Tiger’s wife may have actually inflicted some of his facial lacerations during a domestic dispute prior to the crash, but there is no official confirmation on that rumor so far. If true, however, maybe she wasn’t taking that golf club to Tiger’s car to ‘rescue’ him after all.

“God forbid Tiger got into a car wreck because of this false report of him having an affair,” Uchitel told the New York Post. “Despite it being completely untrue, it still must have certainly caused some problems at home — if I was his wife, I probably would have killed him.”

Before being accused of having an affair with Tiger Woods, Rachel Uchitel was previously rumored to have had an affair with married Bones star David Boreanaz. So far neither of these rumors have been backed up with any real evidence. We do have to wonder though, with so much smoke wafting about Rachel Uchitel, if there might be a real fire under there somewhere…
