SPOILER WARNING: Spoilers for Rookie Blue 6×3 are below!
The powers that be were not being glib when they made the Rookie Blue season 6 tagline, “nothing will be the same.” Officer Andy McNally (Missy Peregrym) and detective Sam Swarek (Ben Bass) have always been meant for each other, and now they’re finally together. Yet, their relationship has been forever altered by the fact that Sam’s former girlfriend, intelligence officer Marlo Cruz (Rachael Ancheril ) is having his baby.
Rookie Blue on ABC Spoilers:
Rookie Blue 6×3 is called “Uprising.” Here’s the official synopsis:
As tensions are running high in an overcapacity women’s correctional facility, a riot breaks out while Andy, Juliet, Nick, and Gail are there to transfer two inmates. The officers are separated and a lock-down situation leads to Andy and Juliet being trapped with a dangerous prisoner who is desperate to prove her innocence. Meanwhile, Sam shows up at Marlo’s ultrasound and stays by her side while they anxiously wait to hear if something’s wrong with the baby.
Do you think something will be wrong with the baby? That might make the situation even worse than it already is…so let’s hope not.
The other thing going on sounds like the former girlfriend of officer Nick Collins (Peter Mooney) and his new love interest Juliet Ward (Erin Karpluk) may have an opportunity to discuss Nick. Maybe Andy can convince Juliet to give Nick a chance!
I told you all hell was breaking loose! Maybe Andy and Juliet will be too busy for Andy to give Juliet the scoop on Nick!
Also, that big woman calling officer Gail Peck (Charlotte Sullivan) blondie? Yikes!
Wait a minute! That’s a different woman than the one in the promo! Who is that? I know Gail has to be missing former girlfriend Holly Stewart (Aliyah O’Brien) but I don’t think she’s ready for someone new, so what was that about? We’ll have to wait for Thursday at 10pm on ABC!
Now, if you don’t want to be spoiled past episode 6×3, this would be the place to duck out of this article! That’s your SPOILER WARNING for Rookie Blue 6×4-6×8!
Rookie Blue on Global:
If you’re this far along on spoilers, then you know that tagline is a lot more than the changes for Sam and Andy. This season has been the most high stakes season ever! As for this week, all I can say is, “Poor Oliver!”
If detective Steve Peck (Adam MacDonald) turns out to be involved in this mess I’m going to be so upset! Hell looks like it’s going to be jumping off in this episode as well!
As for Oliver’s secret, I wonder if it’s about why he took that staff sergeant’s job in the first place. Remember, he only did it to cover Andy’s butt after that mess with that miserable excuse for an office, Duncan Moore (Matt Murray).
Maybe I shouldn’t be so hard on the guy. Duncan’s stepfather, Police Commissioner Alonso Santana (Richard Chevolleau) is a dangerous person, and I know it’s really his fault that Duncan is even a part of Division 15. It looks like Duncan may finally stand up to the man. Even so, Duncan just should not be a police officer. He’s horrible at it!
