TLC Lawsuit Against Jon Gosselin Moves Forward
Former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin will soon be headed off to court again and this time, it won’t be to face off against estranged wife Kate Gosselin. Gosselin is due in court Dec. 14 on accusations he breached the terms of his exclusive contract with the network.
TLC is accusing former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin of multiple contract violations, including accusations he made unpaid and paid television appearances without the network’s permission.
“The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements,” a representative for TLC said in a press statement. “Those efforts have been unsuccessful.”
In addition to Jon Gosselin being grilled by TLC’s lawyers about his outside income and business dealings, the network is also going after Gosselin’s closest pals. SnarkFood.com reports TLC has asked for and received subpoenas for Gosselin’s girlfriend Hailey Glassman and BFF Michael Lohan.
No doubt things are going to get ugly in this court room battle, but we’re betting it’s probably going to be highly entertaining to watch.

TLC’s law firm also represents some of Washington, D.C.’s finest, they are not a fly by night firm. Jon may have stepped in over his head this time. Hope he has some deep pockets because he will need them. He may want to ‘bone up’ on his IT skills, he may need a real job after the dust settles!
TLC is going to win a big settlement against Jon. It will include all the money he made from other sources while still under contract with TLC. He will have to pay all TLC’s legal fees. Jon will also be liable for TLC’s lost revenue due to his behavior.

Jon has no chance of beating these charges. TLC’s lawyer Paul Gaffney is among the best. His clients include CNN, Time Magazine, MediaNews Group, Washington Post, ABC, and FOX.

Jon’s lawyer Heller quotes Mother Goose nursery rhymes mixes metaphors, and was disbarred for five years by the NY State Supreme Court . Heller can’t even represent Jon in his divorce or the TLC case because he is not licensed in PA or MD.

I hope TLC gets whatever he has left after paying Kate back for all he STOLE from her. This douche bag deserves every ounce of trouble that comes his way!
