On last week’s Big Brother 14, during the POV ceremony, Janielle Pierzina was surprised to learn she was placed up for eviction. She was then evicted from the house. Also last week on Big Brother 14, Frank Eudy won HOH and considered putting Dan Gheesling up for eviction, in a revenge plot. He, however, decided to stick with the alliance he formed and not make a big move this soon. But as usual the POV competition can change everything. So on tonight’s Big Brother 14 will another Big Brother 14 veteran get backdoored?

Frank chose to listen to his former coach, Mike “Boogie” Malin‘s advice and stick to the new “The Silent Six” alliance and not put up a member of his team. With one of the biggest alliances, this was a hard thing to accomplish. Frank debated if he should make a big move and take out a threat. He believed the biggest threat to his game was Dan, because he didn’t let Frank know he was a target.
Frank didn’t place Dan up for eviction, but he toyed with the idea. And even considered placing Dan as a pawn to ensure Joe Arvin was evicted. But in the end, Frank placed Joe and Wil Heuser on the block.
Wil is the intended target because, unlike Joe, he has shown he could be a threat in the long run. Most of the housemates don’t like Joe and Joe was the only one to vote against Frank. All and all, the longer Joe stays in the house, the more people will want him out. Therefore, ensuring his eviction one day. Wil, however, is well liked and hasn’t performed terrible during competition, so in time he could become a contender for the Big Brother 14 winner title.
But should Frank, as a strong physical and mental player, really go after two small fishes in a pond full of sharks?
Sticking to the alliance would be smart, just because having a strong trust foundation is one of the keys to winning Big Brother. And Dan is a very likable player and already formed and leads alliances, so without him, most of the alliances-involving him-will crumble and Frank will become the main target again. So by not getting rid of Dan, the other members of “The Silent Six” may do the same and take out weaker players until they’re the final six. On the other side, sticking to the alliance could hurt him because other alliance members just may take him out when given the chance.
So whatever Frank does tonight, he’s in a lose-lose situation on Big Brother 14. But what happened with tonight’s POV competition and ceremony? Read our recap of Big Brother 14 POV and find out!

Dan and Danielle discussed needing to play veto to make sure that Dan doesn’t get backdoored.
Frank and Mike talked about getting Joe on their side and getting Wil out instead for his attitude (Pot calling kettle black). Mike then decided to try to convince Wil he was safe, just for the fun of it. Wil didn’t buy what the pot was saying, but pretended to consider it (Wil is becoming more and more one of my favorites this season).
Shane and Britney discussed his not so showmance with Danielle and that Frank may backdoor Shane, despite their alliance.
Frank finally was able to get rid of his spiritard, but gave a great cheer before it.
Wil talked with Ashley about not wanting her to further injure herself, and then decided to open up to Danielle to maybe get her on his side. Wil talked about being bullied younger (Poor Wil!).
Veto Selection Ceremony
Frank picked Shane
Joe picked Ashley (as houseguest choice, another selfish move from Joe. Ugh Joe)
Wil picked Mike (Poor Wil!)
Ian was chosen to host the competition.
The Zingbot Returns
Yes, yes, yes! Best part of the show is hearing him roast the houseguests. Danielle got zinged the best about her Shane obsession.
I vote Zingbot becomes a full-time contestant for Big Brother 15.
For the POV competition, the contestants had to move a ball through a tube after they figured out how to build it.
Mike asked Ian for help and Britney gave Shane advice, because both of them sucked at this competition. The only one that didn’t struggle was Frank.
Frank won the POV. Shane and Dan both worried about being backdoored.
Dan and Britney discussed if Dan is put up do they have the votes to save him.
Wil, Ashley, and Jenn discussed how it would be stupid to not put Dan or Shane up on the block. They decided to discuss it with Frank.
Brit sent Quack Pack member, Ian, to spy for them. He went to talk to Frank about it. Ian found out Dan is in danger of being put on the block. He then came down and told Danielle and Britney what Frank said. Frank then asked Mike should he put up Dan. Mike didn’t like the idea.
Eventually, Frank decided to keep the nominations the same. So will Joe or Wil go home tomorrow on Big Brother 14?
