We all know rumors have been flying around about who the new judges would be on American Idol Season 12. Mariah Carey was confirmed finally a couple weeks ago as the first new judge for American Idol Season 12. Now it looks like the next new judge will be Nick Jonas! Rumors have it that Jonas is in talks with Fox about being a new addition to the judges table for American Idol 2013. What do you think of that addition?
Adding fire to the flame, Nick Jonas tweeted out yesterday to his fans this message:
“The rumors are true… I am being considered to be a judge on American Idol, and it would be a dream come true if it happens. #nickonidol”
It looks like it is just a matter of money and a contract before we see Nick Jonas as a judge next season on American Idol. Us Weekly reported earlier this week that Jonas and rapper Pharrell Williams were in talks to fill the seats left vacant by Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler when they both left abruptly. Randy Jackson, one of the original American Idol judges, is looking more and more like he is coming back in a mentor role, not as a judge for Season 12. That would leave plenty of room on the judges table for both Jonas and Williams. Pharrell Williams has not confirmed or denied the Idol rumors.

I think that will be the end of the show for sure! I have been a faithful watcher since season 1, Adam Lambert is the only judge I want- he would be a million times better than tweeny nick jones- please- what is idol thinking?
I believe that Nick Jonas is a great choice! He is young, he has a great voice and I think bringing someone in who is younger would be beneficial to all the contestants and I do believe that he could help a lot with maturing the voices and giving suggestions to the younger contestants. I believe Mariah Carey is a good choice. I actually believe she is a better choice than Jennifer Lopez because she has more experience and she is more talented. But, I do picture Mariah Carey being just as sweet and not really putting it on them so to speak but I picture her definitely giving more feedback that is effective. As far as Pharell, I dont know his personality but Im going to say they gotta have one black guy to stir up the mix, and I think its a good choice. He might not have the greatest singing skills but I do believe he might be the one to be a little more stern with the contestants. Over all, I don’t think this a bad panel of judges at all. Good Job American Idol! Can’t wait to watch season 12!

I would stop watching if he became a judge. I have watched since Kelly won. I guarantee this would be the end for me.
Do you honestly believe that Steven Tyler did such an amazing job? I believe he was pointless there.
