Carly Rae Jepsen has had the song of Summer 2012 with Call Me Maybe, but she may have another hit in the works when she teamed up with Owl City for their new song, Good Times. This is crazy, but after one time watching the video I am kind of a fan. I think it has a good beat and has a catchy tune to it that makes you want to listen. Carley Rae Jepsen and Owl City just released the video and you can check it out down below.
In the video for Good Time, it looks like Carley Rae Jepsen and Owl City like to have a good time in the woods. Can be a little creepy, but they make it look fun. Bonfires are fun and it looks like the have a bunch of friends involved, so it would be a good time. I didn’t get my invite though to the party….hmmm???
The video was shot in upstate New York earlier this month and it was the first time that Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City met in person. They both recorded the track separately before it was released on June 26. Good Time made the Top 20 on the Hot 100, which is the second time for both singers.
The song will appear on both of the singer’s newest albums. Good Time will be the lead single to Owl City’s “The Midsummer Station,” due out August 21. It will also appear on Carly Rae Jepsen’s sophomore album, out in September. This should be a huge hit, especially with Jepsen being all over the radio this summer. Let me know what you think!
