The Bachelorette 2012 Emily Maynard: Who Will She Choose?

Hey, folks, we’re almost there—The Bachelorette 2012 finale. Season 8, overall, has been a pretty smooth ride with some predictable choices on the part of The Bachelorette Emily Maynard. Until recently anyway. Emily shocked many viewers with her choice to send home bachelor hunk Sean Lowe. And, now, The Bachelorette 2012 spoilers and rumors are flying about the finale and whether or not Emily Maynard might not choose either of her two remaining suitors, Jef Holm or Arie Luyendyk, Jr.!

The previews for The Bachelorette 2012 finale really stir the pot, giving viewers the impression that The Bachelorette Emily Maynard may let both Jef Holm and Arie Luyendyk, Jr. go. What does it mean when Chris Harrison says that Emily feels that she is “betraying both of them”? She seems to have deep connections with both of the guys, so why wouldn’t she be able to choose one of them to try things out with? Sure, her “betrayal” could refer to her having feelings for both guys at the same time, and the previews could be purposely misleading us. But then when Harrison reflects that she seems to know what she has to do, that implies that something unpredictable is coming up.

Oh, this show sucks me in every time. Still not over my shock at Sean Lowe being let go, I am now racking my brain to try to figure out what the heck The Bachelorette Emily Maynard will do now. And what do I want her to do? Okay, here’s a scenario.

Let’s say that Emily’s feeling she is betraying both of the remaining two bachelors is because she is still harboring undeniable feelings of love for the perfect man Sean Lowe. Yeah, that’s it! How about a The Bachelorette 2012 finale where Emily Maynard has the difficult conversation that she alludes to in the previews with both Jef Holm and Luyendyk, Jr., telling them that she has figured out who is really in her heart! So she calls Sean Lowe and begs him to come back to her. Sean does, riding in on a white horse, and off they go into the proverbial sunset. Hey, we can dream right? Too bad we can’t choose our own ending.

I’m still remembering Sean Lowe on “The Men Tell All” episode with his sweet, sad eyes as he looked at The Bachelorette Emily Maynard. Hey, she seemed glad to see him, too, and she made the comment that she hadn’t seen him since that day he left. Duh! Why would she see him? Saying something that obvious could be a cover as Emily didn’t want anyone to suspect that Sean Lowe was really the one standing at the end and that they, in fact, have seen each other secretly since that sad day when she told him goodbye. Boy, wouldn’t that be a The Bachelorette first! Okay, I’ve got to let that white horse go.

A number of The Bachelorette 2012 spoilers out there say that Jef Holm is the one Emily Maynard chooses in the end. But are the spoilers always right? I seem to recall spoiler predictions from Brad Womack’s season 15 of The Bachelor forecasting Chantal O’Brien as Brad’s pick over our current The Bachelorette star Emily Maynard. We all know that was wrong, as Brad got down on one knee for Emily.

Will The Bachelorette Emily Maynard fall in her former fiancée Brad Womack’s footsteps and send away both of the final two bachelors? Or will she choose the romantic Jef Holm and speed away together on a skateboard? Or is charmer Arie Luyendyk, Jr. more her speed, literally, as their manner of escape is his race car. And don’t forget about my dream of the perfect Sean Lowe riding up on his white horse!

Who will The Bachelorette Emily Maynard pick? What are your thoughts? Your predictions? We don’t have much longer to wait for The Bachelorette 2012 finale. Remember to tune in tonight — Sunday, July 22nd — instead of the usual Monday, and we’ll watch together to see what our fair maiden The Bachelorette Emily Maynard decides.

  1. Delena Childers says:

I’ve been saying all along. It’s Sean. The way she looked at him at the men tell all. Also she was crying “the ugly cry” when she sent Sean home.

    • Victoria Lynn says:

The “ugly cry”! That’s funny, but you may be right. And she did give him a “look” at “The Men Tell All.” Hmmmm . . . . Would that kind of ending be too much to hope for? We will know soon!
