This week of OWN’s series, The Haves and the Have Nots was action-packed and full of drama! A few tensions from the previous week finally come to a head and one character begins to prove why they are so notorious and feared by everyone that even tries to cross them!
Not sure about what all happened last week? The Haves and the Have Nots 2015 Recap: S3 E1 – The Power Dance. Now let’s get on with the recap!
This week on The Haves and the Have Nots, a kidnapped Jim Cryer and War start off the show. Jim tries to make a deal with War to turn on Candice Young, but fails. War tries to warn Jim that “Candy Cane” is “ruthless,” but Jim wasn’t hearing it!
Next up was Candice, who just got back to Jeffrey Harrington’s apartment. He tells her about Amanda showing up to the Cryer household with Quincy and him beating up Jim. He also told Candice that Quincy told everyone about Jim and Candice’s affair, including Amanda Cryer. Is that a The Haves and the Have Nots 2015 hint or spoiler alert? Hmm…
Anyway, Candice and Jeffrey go on into this conversation about their “activities” and how she’s going to get a man to come to see Jeffrey. On to the next..
Meanwhile, Veronica Harrington is still trying to get into David Harrington’s room. We’ll get back to that later..
Hanna Young was talking with her friend after the party when they start discussing grandchildren, including Candice’s baby. Hanna’s friend tells her that she believes that Quincy’s mother lives in Atlanta. Wondering what she knows, Hanna and her friend decide to do a bit investigating. After her friend leaves, Benny Young comes in fussing about Michael. When he goes to check in on Candice, he discovers that she’s gone and decides to go out and find her.
Speaking of Candice, she has finally made it to see Jim! I love how she said, “Payback’s a Candice,” Aw snap! It’s about to go down!
Candice pulled out a video camera, calls a few of her hood pornstar-looking friends, and they get to work. The last image the viewers see is poor Jim surrounded by Candice’s friends, and it is as if they were trying to lick him.
Finally we get to see Veronica, who is still waiting when someone finally comes to her aid. When she finally gets into the room, she finds David nowhere to be found. Knowing that something is up, she takes her earrings off and gets ready for war!
The whole time David and Maggie Day are in her room talking. David goes to leave when Maggie asks him to hold her and he refuses. When he enters the room, he finds Veronica who is now furious! David tries to explain what happened, but Veronica tricked him and ran into the room! She immediately jumps on Maggie and slaps her into oblivion! The episode ends with David trying to get Veronica off of Maggie.
Next week looks even crazier, guys! We’ll get to see the rest of the fight between Veronica and Maggie, Veronica confronts Jeffrey, Celine and Wyatt get in a compromising position, Hanna battles temptation from Michael, Jim continues to be tortured, and Candice emerges from the shadows to catch up with the Harringtons.
But we still don’t know who got shot! At this point, we only have two characters left. WARNING: The Haves and the Have Nots 2015 Spoiler Alert –> Amanda and Kathryn Cryer are the only two that we still haven’t seen! I really don’t think it’s Kathryn, because Amanda really doesn’t have a reason to hurt her, but Amanda, in the state’s she is…or was…in, could hurt anyone. I’m really not sure.
What do you think will happen between Veronica and David? Will Jim ever see the light of day again? Will we ever find out what happened to Candice’s baby? Who got shot?!
