We are down to the final three couples on Love In The Wild Season 2 or will Jenny McCarthy throw another twist in there and we will see some more women or men added into the mix? The previews showed a twist and it seems like we need to do something to throw these happy three couples into a loop on Love In The Wild 2012. So, what do you think it will be? Last week we saw Ben and Michelle reunited, while Chase and Summer are getting a stronger connection and Ken and Yanini continue to go strong. I am excited to see what Jenny throws at them tonight!
The three couples come back from the Couples Choice Ceremony and are shocked that four people sent themselves home on Love In The Wild Season 2. Chase wants to get to a romantic level with Summer, but she is goal-oriented and is focused on winning this thing.
It is time for the adventure on Love In The Wild 2012 and the couples meet up with Jenny McCarthy to find out what they will be doing today. Instead of a map, the couples will be using a GPS to get through today’s adventure. The couples must first find their GPS and then enter three coordinates, which will lead them to certain items including a journal that will help guide them through this adventure. Jenny said their will be a twist at the next Couples Choice Ceremony, so they might want to win! What is it going to be?
Summer thought they were going to have an advantage with using the GPS, since Chase has a background in the military…we shall see. The couples find their GPS and now they have to find the journal, inner tube and pump in three different places. Yanina and Ken find their inner tube rather quickly and are gelling very well. Meanwhile, the other two couples are having issues reading the GPS…not working so well with the GPS are ya Chase?
Both Ken and Yanina and Ben and Michelle have collected two items, but we are not sure who is ahead of who on Love In The Wild 2012. Meanwhile, Chase and Summer just collected their first item. Ken and Yanina and Ben and Michelle collect all their items and the journal tells them to pump up the inner tubes. They both get them pumped and head down to the river, with Ken and Yanina a little ahead of Ben and Michelle. They start floating down the river and heading to a new trail.
Ken and Yanina get to the trail and start heading to the next step of the adventure. Along the trail they hit some quicksand and struggle to get through it. They grabbed their scroll and made it through the quicksand and head back to the river. Ben and Michelle are next up to the quicksand. They mess around so much that Chase and Summer catch up with them, but not enough to take them over and Ben and Michelle get to the river first.
Ken and Yanina get to the next step, which is a chamber of scorpions. They must use the scroll to decode a message for their next step in the adventure. Ken tries to decode the message and can’t get it. He lets Yanina try and she gets it within seconds and they head out on there next step. Ben and Michelle arrive to the scorpion chamber and get their code next and head out, while Summer and Chase remain in last as they get the code, which takes them forever.
Meanwhile, Ken and Yanina get to the next step and find the treasure chest on Love In The Wild Season 2. Inside the treasure chest, it tells them to run to the finish line and they meet Jenny McCarthy there and are told they are in first place! They will be heading to the Oasis for the first time. Ben and Michelle are digging and find their treasure chest, but are struggling to get it out as Summer and Chase arrive and find their treasure chest right away. Ben and Michelle get their chest out and head to the finish line and get second place. Chase and Summer finish it up in last place.
It is now time for Ken and Yanina to enjoy their first night in the Oasis together. They are so cute together and I want them to win! I think they are the real deal, don’t you? The other couples arrive at the cabins and Summer is upset with Chase for screwing up the adventure and she needs her own space right now. She is so fake and just in it to win this thing and not in it for love, clearly shown by her switching partners so many times this season.
Chase goes and hangs out with Ben and Michelle and tells them he is frustrated and he has that feeling that he let her down and he doesn’t know why. Ben and Michelle are cute together and I think they are the real deal too. They are new and getting to know each other and I like watching them. Ben sets up a nice little picnic on the beach for him and Michelle the next day and they spend some quality time together, but they are worried about the twist tonight at the Couples Choice Ceremony that Jenny McCarthy mentioned.
To take focus off the adventures, Chase sets up a scavenger hunt for Summer to go on and remember the times they have spent together. It was sweet and cute. Chase likes Summer, but does she feel the same for him? I don’t think so. It is now time for Ken and Yanina to go on their little adventure for winning and they head out to ride some dune buggies together. It was cute and Yanina said the date was an 11 out of 10.
Ben and Michelle then question the authenticity of Chase and Summer’s relationships and think they are in it just for the adventures and not for love, which I think is true too. They come back mad from the adventures and Ben and Michelle would laugh it off. They feel Chase and Summer should be heading home on Love In The Wild 2012.
The couples start to get ready to head out to the Couples Choice Ceremony. With only three couples left, this is going to get interesting. Instead of the normal ceremony, Jenny McCarthy is going to test them on their partners. The men head over to the Couples Area and Jenny is going to ask them all seven questions. If their answers match their partners answers, they get one point. At the end of seven questions, whoever has the most points wins. The winning couple gets a 30-second headstart on the next adventure. Ken and Yanina get one extra point for coming in first on the adventure and Jenny warns them they do not want to come in last on this game!
The questions start and first one is what is the best attribute on the girls. After one round, it is all tied at one. Question 2, what have you not done together that you would want to. Ken and Yanina want to do it and Chase and Summer want to zip line. They both have 2 points to Ben and Michelle having 1. Next question is what does the other one do in bed that annoys them. Yanina puts lime all over her body to keep away the mosquitos. Michelle touches Ben all over and won’t let him sleep. Summer wears a shirt on her face to keep the mosquitoes away. They all get a point! Next question is who is a better catch between the two of them. Michelle is apparently and so is Summer, so a point for them. Summer and Chase take the lead at 4 and the others both have 3. Next question is who is more materialistic. Michelle is and they get the point and tie Summer and Chase. The next question is other than them, what person is their partner attracted to. Ken and Yanina pick Ben. Ben and Michelle pick Ken. Chase and Summer put Ken, so they all get one point. The final question is which of them is most eager to settle down and start a family. Ken and Yanina are wrong and they finish in last place. Ben and Michelle pick Michelle and get a point. Chase and Summer are wrong, so Ben and Michelle are the winners!
Ben and Michelle get the 30-second headstart on the next adventure. Chase and Summer end in second and Ken and Yanina finish in last, but because four people went home last week no couple goes home tonight and they all move on to next week on Love In The Wild Season 2!!!

FYI, Chase just tweeted last night that him and Summer are still together for four months now. I think you’re only seeing what’s on the surface, just like Ben and Michelle!
See, I completely disagree with you on this. Summer and Chase are both very aggressive and are very goal oriented, but all you have to do is really look at the effort both have put into getting to know one another to see that they are a great couple together, and that they simply approach it from a different angle. As for Summer “bouncing” around from guy to guy, what exactly was she supposed to do? Tim was a complete douchebag and threw cake in her hair, so that knocks off one, and you can easily make a legitimate argument that her and Ryan simply weren’t compatible. So, I like Ken and Yanina as a couple, but Summer and Chase are my favorites. Ben I’m ok with, but come on, there was no reason to start crap and accuse Summer and Chase of “not having a relationship.” That was childish and uncalled for, and in my opinion shows just how nervous they are about those two as a power couple.
Being angry and not talking to your partner after losing the adventure is not childish? Because I believe that is what Summer did.
