Personalities are starting to form and alliances are forming on The Glass House 2012, which only means drama will soon follow! The reason we all watch shows like this is not to see who wins, but to see what kind of drama and catty fight the contestants will get into. That is slowly starting to happen on The Glass House on ABC and let’s hope it will continue tonight! We also get to find out which contestant comes back from Limbo and joins the remaining contestants in The Glass House 2012! Will it be Robin or Erica?
Jeffrey comes back crying that Erica got voted into Limbo on The Glass House 2012 , which just makes me laugh. This is a game, not a matter of you being discriminated against for being gay or not. Then he uses Kevin’s position as a cop as something too…ugh. They came to win, not solve equal rights. Holly, Ashley and Andrea try to have some holy, Jesus room, which makes me laugh.
Now Joy is going off because Kevin voted Erica into Limbo, after making out with her right before that. Kevin and Mike discuss and they are hating on everyone else. Ashley tells them what Joy was saying about them, which pisses off Kevin and he decides to have a talk with her. Joy thinks it was a dick move to makeout with her and then send her in Limbo. She apologizes and ends up crying…I don’t think anything was resolved in that conversation on The Glass House 2012.
Gene than makes his attempt to win over viewers, as it is now the one year anniversary of his best friend’s death. He would be at home with his friends remembering him, but doesn’t want to make a big deal about it. He wasn’t going to tell anyone in The Glass House 2012, but he tells Joy and then have a tender moment together…it’s all about winning over the votes people. I’m over your sappy stories. Who else died in these people’s lives???
On The Glass House 2012 live feed from the Fourth of July, Joy tried to call Mike a racist, which ticked him off. They decide to talk about it…Joy seems to be having a lot of private talks tonight. He says that she is playing Gene and he is upset that she brought the racism card into it. It heats up and Joy is so called out on her shit…I love it! Mike never once mentioned race, but she did and gets all riled up about it. Mike just thinks she is using Gene. Joy says they should just agree to disagree (a.k.a. Joy is wrong, but won’t admit it)!
The viewers of The Glass House 2012 have chosen new roommates and in the Enemies Room will be Jeffrey and Andrea, which is a shock to no one! In the Friends Room are Mike and Kevin. Joy and Jeffrey talk about the fact that Erica will be coming back and not Robin. Then, Andrea, Mike and Kevin talk about the fact they have an alliance and Kevin said he is sinking or swimming with this group…they are in it to the end together.
Time to find out who comes back from Limbo. After the viewer vote and the player returning to The Glass House ABC is Erica, which annoys me. Erica said they should all drink and pretend like it never happened. Erica is not playing nice now and said Mike and Kevin are done now. Joy tells Erica everything that “happened” which makes me hate her even more. Now, Andrea is worried about her alliance being screwed, so she might start playing the other side.
The players come together on The Glass House 2012, to find out who the bottom two people are this week and will be team captains. The bottom two this week are Ashley (for the third week in row) and Holly. Kevin’s alliance is screwed because one of them will be going to Limbo either way. Ashley has a mini-breakdown after being voted again and missing her family. She gives a speech and I think finally she may have won some votes with that speech about her family and going through Hurricane Katrina…you get it girl!
With The Glass House split, Kevin’s alliance decides to have Holly pick all of the other side of the house and then make them turn on each other. Holly sounds okay with it, but she isn’t so confident about it. The teams will be Team Ashley: Ashley, Mike, Kevin, Andrea and Stephanie. For Team Holly: Holly, Jeffrey, Erica, Gene and Joy.
For the challenge tonight, they must transfer a ball across the arena balancing it on a disk. Once to the other side, they must deposit the ball through the yellow triangle into the cylinder. The team that gets three balls in the fastest wins this challenge. Team Ashley is up first. They have three people shouting directions, which ticks off Stephanie. One person needs to call orders people! They get their first two balls in and then miss the third ball right at the end, which they feel is due to Stephanie maybe throwing it. They struggle some more and then finally get the last one in there.
Time for Team Holly on The Glass House 2012 and they struggle and lose the first few balls, before getting their first ball in. The second one comes quickly after that and the third comes right after that, but who had the better time? The results are in and Team Holly completed their challenge in 5:36 and Team Ashley completed their challenge in 7:57, so Team Holly is the winner.
Now it is time for the players all talk about who to vote into Limbo. Jeffrey’s side of The Glass House players is going to vote for Kevin, which gives them five votes. It is all down to Gene and who he votes for. Kevin’s alliance is clearly voting for Stephanie. They all vote and the decision is read…joining Ashley in Limbo tonight is Kevin. This one is tough because she has been low every week, but then he may have screwed himself with his actions. Who do you want to come back on The Glass House 2012? Vote right here!

Holly is an idiot…she would have got a lot more respect from viewers if she had stuck to the plan. She so clearly went in trying to pull out a win. How is she expecting for her alliance to be victorious if they are down by 2 now? Just shows her stupidity
joy did not imply that mike was racist…she asked what is fishy about her liking gene? did he ask the self righteous cop why he was into erica and literally tonguing her? no, he didn’t. joy is touchy, feely with everyone including jeffrey, so why should she not be touchy feely with gene? she simply said they’re physical opposites…white, black, big, small….with having a biracial child it makes sense that she called HIM OUT…mike did not do the calling out. i’m in an interracial relationship and it’s funny that i get comments like that…except im the female who is dark and small and my guy is bigger and white.
the constant “the glass house 2012″ thing is really annoying and distracting from the recap. I understand that you’re trying to garner search results for your blog but it’s just too much.
We’ll try to tone it down a bit, but you are correct that for a smaller site like us to compete, we have to keyword strongly. Apologies if it drives you a bit nuts, we do what we can to strike a balance between readability and searchability.
