The CBS Big Brother 14 houseguests have been revealed at last! Well, most of them anyway. Turns out that in addition to the 12 brand new CBS Big Brother 14 cast members for the 2012 season, there will also be some returning players thrown into the mix. CBS is keeping the names of the returning veterans under wraps for now, but we do have some rumors about who might be among the alumni coming back to the Big Brother house.
Don’t worry though, those of you who just started groaning, the veterans coming back this year will not be competing for the main Big Brother 14 prize again. This time around they will not be competing against the newbies. Instead, they will allegedly be serving as ‘mentors’ to the new players and playing their own game for their own Big Brother 14 prize.
CBS will reportedly not officially release the names of the returning veteran players until the Big Brother 14 premiere on July 12. However, we have seen a lot of rumors that Janelle Pierzina, Mike “Boogie” Malin, and Dan Gheesling will be three of the four (despite Janelle supposedly saying she is on vacation in Greece and Dan allegedly posting away on his Twitter feed saying not to believe everything you read). Originally, Rachel Reilly was also allegedly going to be one of the mentors, but Big Brother 14 producers have reportedly stated that no one from last season’s cast will be among the returning veterans.
