Personally, I hate Miley . One minute she’s Miley, thenhe’s Hannah, then Miley … ugh it’s infuriating !
However, that’s another matter entirely.
I really dont think that it matters !
She can have a twitter if she likes, and not one if that suits her better ! It’s her choice !
