Hey Gleeks…good news for Glee Season 4! Ryan Murphy, Glee co-creator, announced that the all 15 of the regular cast members will be returning for Glee Season 4! There has been much speculation on who would and who would not be returning next season on Glee, since some of the show regulars graduated from McKinley High School. Murphy confirmed that all 15 will be returning, but he never did say for how long?
Prepare to see all 15 of the regular cast members on Glee Season 4, but The Hollywood Reporter is not saying for how long those cast members will be around. The regular cast members are: Lea Michele, Jane Lynch, Matthew Morrison, Darren Criss, Cory Monteith, Chris Colfer, Jayma Mays, Naya Rivera, Heather Morris, Kevin McHale, Amber Riley, Jenna Ushkowitz, Dianna Agron, Mark Salling and Harry Shum Jr.
Also in the works for Glee Season 4 is a regular role for Chord Overstreet, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Overstreet joined the series during Glee Season 2, and was a huge hit to the Gleeks, but he left at the end of the season after being passed up for regular status. Chord Overstreet returned in a recurring role during Glee Season 3. Would this news excite the Gleeks?
On the return of the full cast on Glee Season 4, Ryan Murphy said: ”We’ve become like a family. I said to them anybody who wants to stay on the show will stay on the show. I asked all of them, ‘What do you want to do? What are you interested in doing?’” Seems like a lot of love on Glee FOX.
Not that having the full cast back for Glee Season 4 is enough, but Ryan Murphy is planning for some star-studded guest appearances as well. Already signed on for guest spots on Glee Season 4 are Kate Hudson, Sarah Jessica Parker and American Idol 2012 runner-up Jessica Sanchez! It should be a great season, don’t you think? I am intrigued to see where they go from here!
