We saw some big shockers last week on Love In The Wild season 2, as Jenny McCarthy added six more women into the mix, but this time put the men in charge. In the end, only six of the women survived and we saw some new couples formed on Love In The Wild 2012. Will Summer latch her claws onto another guy this week or will she finally stick with one guy? From the Love In The Wild season 2 previews, it looks like Ken is getting into it with one of the other guys…this should be good because I love Ken and Yanina together!
The couples come back from Couples Ceremony and we find out that Jesse did sleep with Tara before he kicked her off Love In The Wild season 2. Ken is determined to get Jesse kicked off the show now. Ali finds this out and is not happy and is not sure what type of girl Jesse thinks she is, but she claims to not be that type…we shall see! Michelle is happy to have Ben to herself now and they do some making out in bed. Vanessa is excited Jason picked her over Cina. Meanwhile, Jesse tries to put a move on Ali in the lean-to and she asks him if she can go back and do the ceremony over again? Haha…Jesse is going home.
For the Adventure tonight on Love In The Wild 2012, the couple will gather 55 coconuts and carry them down a long trail and trade them in for a horse. They will then take the horse to the top of the mountain where they will find a map. The map will help them get through the rest of the adventure. To help them, the couple will get a wheelbarrow, which comes in pieces and they must assemble it. They can either build the wheelbarrow or just go on without it assembled.
Ken and Yanina try to put the wheelbarrow together and Ken gives up and just decided to truck it down the trail while carrying the wheelbarrow, but they will have to make two trips. Ryan and Jenna follow behind them and then Summer and Chase start carrying it as well. Meanwhile, the other couples decide to build the wheelbarrow. Jason and Vanessa push off next and then Ben and Michelle. Jesse and Ali are last ones to leave and Jesse is determined to get all 55 coconuts in one trip, since the other couples will all have to make two trips. Ali is over Jesse and his demanding ways.
Jenna and Ryan arrive at the horses first on Love In The Wild Season 2, but they only have 29 coconuts and start heading back to get more as everyone else arrives at the horses. Ali and Jesse try to push their way with all the coconuts and the wheel falls off, so now they have to put it back together. Everyone else is headed back to get more coconuts, so they struggle to get the wheel back together.
Jason and Vanessa get their 55 coconuts first and headed up the mountain on the horse, which Vanessa rides because she is winded. Michelle and Ben are right behind them. Ali and Jesse do get the wheelbarrow fixed, but still are the last ones to get their coconuts turned in. The couples struggle with the horses, as Summer and Chase pass both Ben and Michelle and Jason and Vanessa for first place. Summer jokes that the horse may have broken her vajayjay.
The couples get their maps and must start out on the next leg of the Adventure in our Love In The Wild recap. They must cross the river on these tight ropes, as the couples all arrive together. Ali is afraid of heights and is freaking out on the ropes, but she gets across and they are still in last place. They get to their second map and start swimming. Ken and Yanina leave in first place. It is a dead heat between them and Summer and Chase.
The next leg they must go to the top waterfall and cut down 50 pounds of bananas and get them to the scales and then head off to the finish line. Jason and Vanessa get to their canister, but can’t find a map. The other teams all pass them as Jason continues to search for the map. Summer, Chase, Ken and Yanina are so focused on passing each other, that they missed the machete on the way up the trail. They get to the top and now must head back down to get the machete. Ryan and Jenna did not pass them and are now in first place.
Jason and Vanessa finally find their map on Love In The Wild 2012 and start heading up the trail. Ryan and Jenna get to the bananas first and Ben and Michelle arrive in second. Ryan is grabbing a lot of bananas and they are struggling to carry them and Ben and Michelle pass them. Ali and Jesse now pass them and they are in second place. Jesse is being too sexual for Ali, so time to say goodbye to Jesse tonight. Jason and Vanessa arrive and still see Summer and Chase at the bananas, so Jason is pumped that they still have a chance.
Ali and Jesse get their 50 pounds of bananas in first and head to the finish line. They finish first on Love In The Wild season 2, so they are headed to the Oasis. Ben and Michelle come in second. Ryan and Jenna come in third. Ken and Yanina come in fourth. Summer and Chase come in fifth, so Jason and Vanessa come in last place. The lean-to is now down, so they will be staying in the tents.
For winning, Ali and Jesse arrive at the Oasis. Jesse is determined to get Ali to open up in a more romantic way. Chase feels he messed up completely and let Summer down and hopes she doesn’t change her mind about him…it’s Summer, I bet she does! Jason and Vanessa are in last place, so they are worried that they will be headed home tonight on Love In The Wild season 2. Jesse just asks Ali if there could be a romantic side to it ever and Ali says she doesn’t know and Ali thinks he is a one night stand that won’t go away. Ali is annoying to me…anyone agree with me?
Ken and Yanina share a drink on the beach, as Ken tries to make a special moment between them. Ken is worried that Jesse would pick Yanina tonight, since he won and the girl can’t turn him down. Jesse could do it and he is not happy with Ali…this Couples Ceremony could get interesting! Meanwhile, Vanessa shares some personal information with Jason (that her father recently passed away from lung cancer), so they want to stay together, but in last place they are most likely to go home.
Time for the Couple Choice Ceremony in our Love In The Wild season 2 recap. The couples will be asked to come up in the order they finished the adventure and they each will be asked what they want to do. Since Ali and Jesse finished in first, if they decide to not stay together, the person they choose cannot deny them.
First up are Ali and Jesse and the women get to choose first. Before Ali makes her decision, Ken speaks up and says that their decision could affect him and Yanina and to consider that…kinda stupid Ken, you just singled yourself out. Keep it quiet Ken! Ali says her and Jesse fight like cats and dogs and she wants to choose Ben; he is shocked. Jesse said he was originally going to ask to go to the Unmatched Area, but a wrench was thrown at him and he thinks one of his good friends match would go home, so he picks Michelle (I guess Jesse is looking out for Ben…kinda nice)? Ryan and Jenna are up next and they stay together. Ken and Yanina are next and they stay together. But then Ken and Jesse get into it, for no reason really, and they both look stupid.
This makes me like Ken a little bit more…anyone else feel that way? Summer and Chase are up next and they stay together, a first for Summer. Jason and Vanessa are the last two, so they are eliminated.
So, the new couples after tonight on Love In The Wild 2012 are Ali and Ben, Michelle and Jesse, Jenna and Ryan, Yanina and Ken and Summer and Chase.
