Love In The Wild Season 2: Episode 3 Recap – More Women In The Mix

Love In The Wild Season 2 ended last week with the couples getting a shocker…six more women are about to enter the competition, so bring out the claws on the women. Love In The Wild 2012 is all about the twists and turns in the game and Jenny McCarthy keeps them coming each and every week. What will the newly formed trios on Love In The Wild Season 2 have to do tonight?

With the six new girls thrown into the mix, the guys now get to choose the third to form a trio. Since Chase (Ali) won the last adventure, he gets to choose first and he picks Jenna. Ryan (Summer) picks Natalie. Jesse (Tara) picks Melissa. Jason  E. (Cina) picks Vanessa. Ken (Yanina) picks Lindsay. Ben (Jenny) gets Michelle because she is the last one.

The new trios on Love In The Wild Season 2 head back to their sleeping quarters and the women are not having it with these new girls. All the guys seem to want to get to know the new girls, except Ken who seems very happy with Yanina. Jenny is way worried about losing Ben.

It is time for the next adventure on Love In The Wild 2012, as the trios meet up with Jenny McCarthy. At the next Couples Choice Ceremony, half of the women will be going home, so this adventure is huge! In the palm trees around them, there are lanterns for each trio. They must get the lantern and map to get headed to find the amber. To spice it up, the trio will be shackled up with leg cuffs.

After getting all tied together, the trios head out on Love In The Wild Season 2. Ben, Jenny and Michelle get out to an early start. Ryan, Summer and Natalie are in second. Ken, Yanina and Lindsay are in third. Chase, Ali and Jenna are in last place. At their next stop, they have to unchain one of the girls and go down into a cave as a couple and down there they will kiss. Ben and Jenny head down to the cave. As they trek down the stairs, their lantern goes out and it is darkness for them. They find a chest and have to figure out the combination for it. As they try, Ryan and Summer arrive. Ben and Jenny get the chest open and find two ropes and a map. As they head out, Jenny and Ben don’t have the map and have to go back to get it, but still remain in first place. Ben feels Jenny may have screwed up on accident.

The other trios arrive and Jason E. brings down Vanessa and Jesse brings down Melissa. There are now four couples at the chests and Jesse and Melissa get their lock unlocked next and are in second place now. Ryan and Summer are in fourth. Jason E. and Vanessa are in fifth. Chase and Ali are in last and he felt no emotion in the kiss, so maybe Ali is going home.

The next step on Love In The Wild 2012 is for the trees to hook up their ropes to trees and find the spot in the middle and dig for the amber. Jenny, Ben and Michelle start digging first. Tara, Jesse and Melissa arrive in second. Ken, Yanina and Lindsay arrive in third. Jason, Cina and Vanessa arrive in fourth. Ryan, Summer and Natalie arrive in fifth. However, who will find the amber first? Jenny, Ben and Michelle find it first and head to the finish line. Ken, Yanina and Lindsay are next and head to the finish line. Ryan, Summer and Natalie find theirs and head out. Meanwhile, Jesse, Tara and Melissa are struggling to find the amber. Jason, Cina and Vanessa find theirs and head out.

Meanwhile, Chase, Ali and Jenna arrive in last place to find the amber, but Tara, Jesse and Melissa (who arrived their second) are still digging. Chase, Ali and Jenna find theirs right away and head to the finish, leaving Tara, Jesse and Melissa in last place and still digging. It’s the fight to the finish, but Jenny, Ben and Michelle arrive first and win this adventure. They will be staying in the Oasis and get a cruise on a first class ship. Ken, Yanina and Lindsay take second. Ryan, Summer and Natalie take third. Jason, Cina and Vanessa take fourth. Chase, Ali and Jenna take fifth. Jesse, Tara and Melissa finish in last place and will be staying in the lean-to.

Jenny, Ben and Michelle head to the Oasis, but Jenny is ticked that Michelle is there with them. Jenny is acting like a 12-year-old girl. Grow up girl, you came on a show to find love…get real! So, at the cabins, the original girls decide to hide the towels for new girls (jealous much?) Melissa tries to mend fences with the new and old girls, but Ali is not having any of it. Chase thinks Ali is being childish and is a sign he doesn’t want to be with that person. Ben and Michelle play some pool and have some flirting going on, but Ben doesn’t know if it is more than a physical attraction.

Meanwhile, they all try to work it out with other players, so Ali and Jesse start talking some more and feel a connection there on Love In The Wild 2012. Ben, Jenny and Michelle head out on their boat trip and Ben and Michelle try to connect and get to know each other. Ben is seeing a new side of Michelle. Summer and Chase start talking and Summer feels he is the only one here who she could have a deeper connection with. So, third week and Summer wants to pick another guy…I said it before and I’ll say it again, she is coming off as a Slutty Sally. Jesse tells Tara that he ultimately wants to be paired up with Ali. It’s the time before Couples Choice Ceremony and all the people are feeling overwhelmed with who they are going to pick.

It’s time for the Couples Choice Ceremony on Love In The Wild Season 2. The guys have all the power tonight and after they all pick between the girls in their trios, they can then pick between any of the girls in the Unmatched Area and the girls cannot say no. Since Ben came in first, he can choose any of the girls here. Ben, Jenny and Michelle are up first and Ben shockingly picks Michelle. Ken, Yanina and Lindsay are up next and he picks Yanina. Ryan, Natalie and Summer are next and he picks Natalie because Summer and him are better as friends. Jason, Cina and Vanessa are next and he picks Vanessa because some good things have to come to an end. Chase, Jenna and Ali are next and he picks Ali. The last trio is Jesse, Tara and Melissa and he picks Tara because he wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for her, even though she says there is no connection there.

Now the guys have one more chance to pick from the women in the Unmatched Area on Love In The Wild 2012. Ben is skipped over, since he had all the women to choose from in the first place. Ken is next and stays with Yanina. Ryan is next and he decides to pick Jenna. Jason is next and he stays with Vanessa. Chase is next and he picks Summer, so she has a new guy yet again….ugh. Jesse is next and he picks Ali, of course. That means Jenny, Lindsay, Cina, Natalie, Tara and Melissa (three of the old girls went home tonight, that shocks me).
