On last week’s episode of The Bachelorette 2012, producers amazingly left out one of the most hilariously wacky moments captured on film so far this season: Alessandro the Vampire Hunter freaking out The Bachelorette Emily Maynard during a creepy hike into the woods! Thankfully, we have the footage from these crazy deleted scene right here for you to watch and laugh your socks off at.
We first were clued in to the totally wacky missing scene by a post on The Bachelorette Emily Maynard’s blog on People.com. In her post, Emily Maynard talks about a cut scene in which Alessandro reveals “he thinks of himself as a ‘Vampire Detector’ and let me know that not only was there a vampire in the house, but he also had me join him in the woods, which explains my combat boots as I was walking him out.”
The request to join Alessandro in the woods for a private talk freaked The Bachelorette Emily Maynard out more than a bit. She jokes in the deleted scene that “this is how girls like me go missing.” Things just got more creepy from there in the exclusive Entertainment Weekly video clip as Alessandro took her out to his “special place in the woods” and Emily Maynard “saw that he had hung crosses from every limb on every tree and in that moment I knew we were living on completely different planets.”

I honestly cannot believe The Bachelorette 2012 producers missed the chance of airing this footage during last week’s episode. Honestly, this is one of the wackiest, most nutty things we’ve ever seen on The Bachelorette.
Needless to say, the 30-year-old grain merchant from St. Paul, MN was eliminated by Emily Maynard at the first opportunity. Which is almost kind of too bad, because I’d sort of have loved to see what other kind of totally insane antics this guy would have come up with.
