On American Idol 2012 Tuesday night, the top 2 finalists will compete one last time in hopes they will be crowned the American Idol 2012 winner. Phillip Phillips may have the odds in his favor as the possible fifth male American Idol winner in a row, but tiny belter Jessica Sanchez is hoping she can break that winning streak!
Who will win American Idol 2012? Well, that will be up to you to decide after you watch the top 2 contestants’ final performances wiht us tonight. Judges: Randy Jackson says Jennifer has really come a long way. He did not really love the song, but she made more of it than it was with her Beyoncé swag. She thought the song was just okay, but she brought it to life. Jennifer says she would not have done this song as her first single as an Idol. Steven thinks it was not a great song for her but she knows how good she can sing.

Phillip Phillips - “Home” (Idol Winner’s Song)
Judges: Phillip receives a standing ovation from the judges! Randy says he totally loves the song and he loves Phillip and the whole performance. The audience is clapping so hard it is hard for him to speak. Jennifer says Phillip doesn’t sound like anyone else and no one is out there that sounds like him. (Except Dave Matthews maybe J-Lo?) Steven says Phillip has made the world his home; he was perfect and he’s the man.

Phillip is not an artist hmmm am i missing something here?…If so which song has he written and compose?…Original ha ha ha singing someone else’s song is not original, the only original Phillip gots going is his funny expressions when he sings loll…What made me upset about this set up on Idol they were so Bias:(….They gave Phillip songs that were easy to sing and still Phillip sanged okay not great at all, as for Jessica she was given songs that were very difficult to sing and she came out Shining like a Star:)…Phillip is not a Star like Jessica, she will sell more Albums and come out with some awesome songs in less than a year, Now that’s an Artist…Be fair and honest who is a Star?…I voted for Jessica:)…Be Blessed Jessica!
Jessica win the battle hands down. The 3rd song was not her fault.and given to her to sing it. Jennifer can’t judge. Yo’ Randy u r 100% ass. You could have said this is a singing contest and it’s about the voice. Jessica is versatile and can sing the phone book and anything. What they could have done with the 2 songs is for both of them to sing the songs and see who’s got a better and quality voice.Hands down , Jessica is far superior than Phillips.

Judges, don’t, make us believe, be confirmed that your actions are scripted, that the winner of American Idol is predetermined, prejudged, by the ?? Read comments of viewers, listeners, the lack of spontaneity in your actions, the seeming, but not real, sincere, diversity of comments, of not favoring Jessica, despite the glaring fact that philip has no versatility, no voice quality, not amazing, not spectacular, not a great voice, not awesome, singing the same tune, tone, can be heard, a common voice, anywhere, in the corner of the streets and in the home, family, room, casts doubt on your independence of mind. Make Jessica win!
American Idol, wake up! Stand up for what America is, Equality, Quality, Magnanimous, applied to all regardless of race, color, commercialism, feigned originality to favor one. i am a phillip fan from way back…jessica sings beautifully but not original enough for me…there are so many singers out there who can belt out a song…but very few who can touch your heart and soul…there is no contest…phillip is in the company of amazing musicians and artists….phillip is a winner…

Go Phillip, he reminds me of two of many great singers that did their own thing Bob Dylan, Niel Young and they are great just as Phillip Phillips will be, I for one can’t wait for his first release. Not really packers, Phillip’s a Dave Matthews clone with springsteen’s constipated facial gesture. Casey Abrams is more original and of an artist. Anyway, it’s pretty obvious for his last song with a marching band, the standing O. and being branded “original” by the judges (which he isn’t) to seal the deal. Their choice of song for Jessica was not good. Voters, please vote for THE best.

That writer was right… there IS (or ARE) definitely someone out there like Phillip. I have a feeling the judges are building up Phillip’s image as original… not in my book, it ain’t. Makes me sad to see Jessica lose… such a waste for a great and versatile voice.
