Macaulay Culkin skinny photos sparks rumors of anorexia and drug use
Shocking photos of a painfully thin Macaulay Culkin released to the Net on Thursday have sparked ugly rumors of anorexia and drug use by the former child star, now 31. Photographed while out on a stroll, the “Home Alone” star looks incredibly gaunt, with sunken cheeks and protruding bones in his face. Despite his disturbing appearance, however, Macaulay Culkin’s rep says he is just fine.
Several photos snapped last week by paparazzi show “Party Monster” star Macaulay Culkin looking incredibly thin, prompting speculation the former child actor may be anorexic, or once again using drugs. Culkin was arrested in 2004 for possession of marijuana and illegal prescription drugs and rumors swirled the young star was abusing even more damaging substances.
Not so, a rep for the former child actor said in a press statement. “Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health,” the rep said, to speculate otherwise is thoughtless, irresponsible and destructive.
After becoming a huge child star in the early nineties from his starring roles in “Home Alone” and “Home Alone II,” Macaulay Culkin announced his retirement from acting at age 14. A terrible fued with his family eventually lead the young actor to ‘divorce’ his parents in 1998 and turn over his financial management to an accountant until he turned 18.
Eventually, Culkin did return to to the silver screen in 2003 to star in the critically acclaimed film “Party Monster.” In 2005, Culkin was called to testify in the Michael Jackson molestation trial. In his testimony, Culkin claimed that while he did sleep in Jackson’s bed, nothing inappropriate ever happened between them. Just two years later, Culkin’s psyche was dealt another tragic blow when his sister Dakota was killed when she accidentally stepped in front of a car.
After crawling briefly back into the spotlight, Culkin almost entirely vanished once again from the Hollywood scene after his relationship with “Black Swan” star Mila Kunis ended in 2010 after eight years. Although he has been keeping a low profile over the past few years, Culkin is rumored to be working on a new film project called “Service Man” set for release in 2012.

This is very sad truth in this generation..
I watched home alone countless times and loved culkin as a actor he is fantastic and very talented and adorable. My nepfews and nieces also watch now too and would be so dissapointed to know such a successful child star has grown up to change derastically. We won’t to say Macaulay Culkin is amazing and we want to say he can still make films n become famous now too, just like he was younger. He can do it!!
Please someone help him, drug is so devastating.
