The Top 20 on American Idol Season 12 were revealed last week on American Idol Las Vegas 2013. The top 10 girls will perform tonight for the American Idol judges 2013 live from Las Vegas. It is the first of three live American Idol season 12 shows for the week. The top 10 guys will perform tomorrow night and on Thursday we’ll find out who was eliminated on American Idol Las Vegas 2013. Last week American Idol judges 2013 finished narrowing down the contestants to 20. The long process has finally finished and it’s time to put the decision making into the viewer’s hands. The judges can argue all they want now because it won’t be up to them any longer.
Tonight on American Idol season 12 it will be all about the girls. The girls will perform live and try to win over the votes of America. The pressure is off the guys for now, but only until tomorrow night!

Zoanette Johnson- “”What’s Love Got To Do With It” by Tina Turner
Judges: Keith complimented Zoanette on her confidence and the way she performs but said it was an interesting performance because it was so theatrical. Nicki did not enjoy the performance either because it wasn’t on key. Randy liked her spirit but said it was a mess. Mariah feels for Zoanette because of her story but did not enjoy the performance.
Breanna Steer- “Flaws & All” by Beyonce

Judges: Keith loved Breanna’s song choice. He said it really showed who she is as an artist. His only criticism was to individualize. Nicki disagreed with Keith. She said it was the wrong song for her but she did say she looked great. Randy liked the song choice but thought it was safe. He did like the tenderness but wanted more big moments. Mariah thought it was a unique song choice because the lyrics are so raw and real but agreed with Randy that there needed to be more big moments.
Aubrey Cleland- “Big Girls Don’t Cry” by Fergie

Judges: Keith thought the song showed Aubrey’s personality well but thought it restricted her. He liked her vibrato so much that he said it didn’t matter. Nicki loves Aubrey’s humility, vibrato, and just loves her overall. Randy also loves Aubrey. He loved the emotion and infectiousness of her. Mariah told her she has multi-platinum potential.
Janelle Arthur- “If I Can Dream” by Elvis Presley

Judges: Keith loves her classic country voice and the fact that she blends it to make it modern. Nicki was worried after Janelle’s last performance but said she is back and had the best performance of the night thus far. Randy likes the throwback in her voice and wants her to make a traditional country album. Mariah said she did a good job and should feel good about it.
Tenna Torres- “Lost” by Faith Hill

Judges: Keith loved that Tenna did a Faith Hill song and liked her performance. Nicki commented on her professionalism when she sings but doesn’t know if her personality jumps out. Randy loved that she made the song her own and didn’t over sing the song. Mariah said her song choice was really good and loves her consistency and power.
Angela Miller- “Never Gone” by Colton Dixon

Judges: Keith thought Angela’s performance was beautiful. Nicki said it was safe to say Angela will be in the top five girls and wants her album already. Randy said a star was just born on the stage and she is going places. He said she performs effortlessly. Like the others, Mariah loved that Angela used the piano again and thought her performance was good.
Amber Holcomb- “I Believe in You and Me” by Whitney Houston

Judges: Keith said the song was perfect for her and she sang beautifully. Nicki said her vocals surpass this competition and nothing before her comes to Amber’s level. Usually people struggle to do Whitney songs but she made it seem effortless. Randy said she took on Whitney and made it work. Mariah said Amber is one of her favorites and hopes America votes for her.
Kree Harrison- “Stronger” by Faith Hill

Judges: Keith loves to here Kree sing and was amazed by how easily she hit the high notes. He said she fits right in with country music. Nicki said Kree has her favorite tone among the girls and is admittedly obsessed with her. Randy said she is a natural and had no idea she had such a large range. Mariah said Kree has an undeniable talent and could make an album tomorrow.
Adriana Latonio- “Stand Up For Love” by Destiny’s Child

Judges: Keith said he was nervous about her song choice because of the level the other women set the performances at. Nicki said the song was too big for her and didn’t think she would make it through but should come back next year. Randy said the song was safe and pageant like. Mariah expected something more soulful and less produced.
Candice Clover- “Ordinary People” by John Legend

Judges: Keith loves the blend of Candice’s voice and gave her a standing ovation. Nicki saluted her as her comment. Randy said he learns listening to her and she is one of the best in the competition. Mariah thanked her for sharing her gift with everybody.

Hoping adriana makes it through; sweet, gifted and likable
Angela is just amazing each time she performs. It’s like she doesn’t know how to perform badly, which is a good thing, and she makes me smile each time I listen to her sing. She makes everything seem so effortless and the notes just flow so beautifully when she sings each week. I watched the performance of her original song again and I just love her. I know some people think she is overrated already but you really can’t deny this girl’s obvious talent.
