Hell’s Kitchen 2013 is set to premiere on March 12, 2013. Hell’s Kitchen season 11 is stacked with 20 great chefs aspiring to come out on top. But they will have to go through Gordon Ramsey first. Ramsey is known for his temper and lack of patience on Hell’s Kitchen. He pushes chefs to their max, and sometimes beyond.
Hell’s Kitchen season 11 is split into two teams; men versus women. The red team is all women and the blue team is all men.

- Ja’Nel Witt: 31-year-old executive chef from Houston, TX
- Nedra Harris: 24-year-old kitchen manager from Detroit, MI
- Susan Heaton: 29-year-old culinary student from Whittier, CA
- Gina Aloise:49-year-old line cook from Bronx, NY
- Jessica Lewis: 26-year-old chef tournant from New York, NY
Blue Team contestants:
- Anthony Rodriguez: 27-year-old line chef from New Orleans, LA
- Barrett Beyer: 35-year-old head chef from Long Island, NY
- Christian Rosati: 38-year-old line cook/sandwich maker from Boston, MA
- Dan Ryan: 27-year-old head cook from Westchester, NY
- Jeremy Madden: 22-year-old lead cook from Los Angeles, CA
- Jon Scallion: 27-year-old chef de Cuisine from York, PA
- Michael Langdon: 33-year-old executive chef from Plains, PA
