The Biggest Loser 2013: Exclusive Interview with Biingo

With childhood obesity being such an epidemic in America, The Biggest Loser 2013 Season 14 decided to take the issue head-on and incorporated child contestants onto the show for the first time. Noah Gray, or better known to The Biggest Loser 2013 fans as Biingo, was one of those child contestants. He was paired with The Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper in hopes of teaching him the ropes of living a healthier lifestyle and becoming more active. We had the opportunity to talk to Biingo from The Biggest Loser 2013 today about his time on the show and what he enjoyed most about the experience.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: What made you sign up for The Biggest Loser Season 14?
A. Biingo: I wanted to sign up for The Biggest Loser to be able to have the opportunity to change my lifestyle and the people around me lifestyle.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: What were you thinking when they did choose you for this childhood obesity campaign this season?
A. Biingo: I was thinking I was going to have the chance to and it’s going to be a whole different experience for me. It’s going to be something new and exciting.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: How hard was it to stay motivated with having to wear the boot for most of your time on The Biggest Loser 2013?
A. Biingo: It was really tough to stay motivated with that boot on. It was difficult to really do anything because I was kind of down and bummed out with it on.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: How has your family and friends been for you through this journey?
A. Biingo: They are trying and changing with me and are 100% supportive.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: What was it like working with Bob as your trainer and having him come visit you in your hometown?
A. Biingo: It was great. Bob is a good trainer and he definitely helped us and it was really neat to see him come out here. It was fun.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: What was it like getting to go out on the baseball field and play some ball with him?
A. Biingo: That was really fun and exciting. It was definitely new. I never really played baseball out on a field and it was really cool.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: What was it like working with the adult contestants on some of the challenges and cheering them on?
A. Biingo: That was really neat for me. To be able to go out and experience what they were going through and see how they were doing.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: Have you kept in touch with Bob Harper or any of the other child contestants this season?
A. Biingo: I’ve kept in touch with Bob, but I really haven’t had the chance to talk to the other contestants unless I am on the ranch. 

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: What was your favorite part about being on The Biggest Loser?
A. Biingo: I don’t know. It was all really great and I can’t pick out a part that was my favorite.

Q. Todd, Gossip & Gab: How did The Biggest Loser help out with the baseball tryouts?
A. Biingo: Baseball is 100% my passion and I love it. The Biggest Loser has really been helping me focus on that and get healthy and fit for baseball season and get ready for tryouts.
