Danny Rand (Finn Jones) a.k.a. the Immortal Iron Fist a.k.a. Defender of K’un-Lun a.k.a. Sworn Enemy of the Hand a.k.a. the Defender alternate Defenders continued singling out will show up in the second period of Marvel’s Luke Cage with Luke Cage (Mike Colter) himself.
Marvel is keeping points of interest of Danny’s association under wraps, yet when Luke’s independent arrangement returns on Netflix, the two comic-book accomplices will be seen together at any rate once. EW has the confirmation with this restrictive first take a gander at the match in season 2:
The characters last worked close by each other in Marvel’s The Defenders, which saw New York’s road level legends Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage, and Iron Fist begrudgingly join to bring down the Hand. (Spoilers ahead!) At the finish of the collaborate miniseries, they went separate ways: Luke came back to Harlem, and Danny, at long last donning a green-and-yellow tracksuit, promised to help ensure the city around evening time. It’s a move that distinctions Daredevil, who seemed to bite the dust amid the fight at Midland Circle. (Watchers, however, realize that is not the situation.)
No word yet on what brings two of the four Defenders back in each other’s circle — possibly Misty (Simone Missick) needs to express gratitude toward Danny for her new arm? — yet hopefully it’s to battle adversaries, not each other. That’d be pushing ahead.
