We had another double elimination on Top Chef Season 14 last night, as Padma Lakshmi gave them another Sudden Death Quickfire Challenge on Top Chef 2017 and the number of chefs remaining is dwindling down, so who was eliminated on Top Chef Charleston 2017 last night? Find out the Week 10 results on Top Chef last night below in our Top Chef Charleston 2017 spoilers!
Last night on Top Chef 2017 Season 14, the chefs kicked off the night by heading out on a boat for some shrimping with Tom Colicchio! Then it was back on land for the Quickfire Challenge, which had them creating a dish using those fresh shrimp. The least three favorite dishes would compete in a Sudden Death Cook Off! Those dishes came from Casey, Sylva and Shirley.
From there, they had to create another dish using the bycatch from their shrimping, which consisted of a lot of different fish and seafood. We had some salty dishes in the mix, but it was Casey with the least favorite dish and she was eliminated and headed to Last Chance Kitchen!
For the Elimination Challenge, the chefs would be creating a new dish that combined breakfast and lunch into one dish for a brunch they were cooking for, which happened to include the Charleston Hat Ladies! The judges were a little unimpressed by the chefs on this one, as the creativity was low while creating new dishes.
We saw Brooke, Sylva and John with the three least favorite dishes. Despite the others making some pretty blah and uninspired dishes, Sylva set out to make a frittata and had issues in the kitchen and did not deliver a frittata to the judges. Because of that, he was eliminated on Top Chef Charleston 2017 and headed to Last Chance Kitchen for a three-way battle between him, Casey and Jamie, who defeated Emily last week!
