Al Gore Affair Rumor Slammed by Alleged Mistress Laurie David
The alleged ‘other woman’ in an Al Gore affair story is slamming a Star magazine report she had an affair with the former Vice President that led to the end of his 40-year marriage. Producer Laurie David, who worked with Al Gore on An Inconvenient Truth, says the affair rumor is completely false.

Laurie David, the ex-wife of Curb Your Enthusiasm star Larry David, told Time.com she did not have an affair with Al Gore. David said the Star magazine story about the alleged affair is “completely and totally untrue. I adore Al and Tipper and consider them part of my family. I’m in a committed relationship and couldn’t be happy.”
The newest issue of Star magazine, due on stands Wednesday, claims Al Gore and Laurie David had a two-year affair after working together on the Academy Award-winning documentary An Inconvenient Truth. This affair, Star claims, eventually led to Al Gore and wife Tipper Gore separating after 40 years of marriage.
Interestingly enough, Laurie David broke up with husband Larry David in 2007 amid rumors of an affair with a caretaker of their Martha’s Vineyard home. He and David are reportedly still together.
