Shawn Southwick and Larry King Divorce on Hold?

According to one of his lawyers, Larry King‘s divorce from wife Shawn Southwick may not be a sure thing after all. Despite the scandal over King’s alleged affair with Southwick’s sister Shannon, it looks there might be a chance the couple is hoping to reconcile.

“There’s a 50-50 chance this divorce is not happening,” Larry King’s lawyer Dennis Wasser told People. “His focus is on the best interest of his children. It’s not clear to me which way he’s going to turn on this issue.”

Larry King and Shawn Southwick were seen hugging and walking arm-in-arm on Sunday while their son was playing at a baseball game in Los Angeles. The two are reportedly also speaking to a marriage counselor.

Just because Larry King and Shawn Southwick might not actually get a divorce, however, doesn’t mean they will stay a ‘couple’.  They wouldn’t be the first Hollywood couple to stay married just for the sake of the kids and keep their private relationships with others on the side.

King and Southwick have been married for almost 13 years and have two sons together. This is the seventh marriage for King. Southwick joked in 2007 that she was the only one of King’s wives to “have lasted into the two digits.”
