Conan O’Brien Returns to TV on TBS

Former Tonight Show host Conan O’Brien will be returning to television in November with a new late night show on TBS. Many speculated Conan O’Brien would be taking his next TV project to Fox, but in a last minute move, the ginger-haired comedian decided to take his show to cable.

Conan O’Brien will now host a late night show at 11 p.m. on TBS, followed by George Lopez‘s Lopez Tonight at midnight. Lopez says he’s thrilled with the whole idea of having O’Brien taking the 11 p.m. slot. “I can’t think of anything better than doing my show with Conan as my lead-in,” Lopez said.  “It’s the beginning of a new era in late-night comedy.”
